ORDERING AND SHIPPING
Due to the high value of our merchandise, Jahan Diamond Imports offers fully insured UPS Next Day Air service within the United States via G4S or Dunbar on orders placed through our website. Orders placed before 2 p.m. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship same day. Otherwise, your package will be shipped the following business day. If you are ordering an item that must be sized or customized in any way, please be advised that it will ship via UPS Next Day Air upon completion.
All orders will be shipped with a signature required so make sure an adult will be present upon the arrival of your package or it will be immediately returned to us and you will incur additional shipping charges to have the item reshipped. Most packages are delivered by 10 a.m. A representative of Jahan Diamond Imports will contact you via telephone and/or email to confirm your order and that an adult will be available to sign for your package. Jahan Diamond Imports reserves the right to put your order on hold until we speak with you personally.
All online orders must be placed using the same shipping and billing information. If you are interested in an item and need it to be shipped to an address other than your billing address or would like more information about an item before placing an order, please call us at (800)424-4367 to pay by phone, arrange shipping or have one of our representatives answer any questions you may have. You must provide a valid street address for delivery as we do not ship to post office boxes.
International orders may not be placed online. Please call and speak with a representative of Jahan Diamond Imports if you require service outside of the United States.
Jahan Diamond Imports will cancel any orders that do not meet our criteria or appear to be fraudulent. These shipping and delivery policies are in place for your security and peace of mind.
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON WATCHES
Luxury watches purchased from Jahan Diamond Imports are warrantied for five years from the date of purchase to the original consumer against malfunction under normal use due to defects in components or craftsmanship of the watch movement. The warranty will become null and void if the timepiece is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if the timepiece is repaired by anyone other than Jahan Diamond Imports. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. UNLIMITED UPGRADES
At Jahan Diamond Imports we offer an Unlimited Lifetime Upgrade to our customers. You may bring or send in your stone, piece of jewelry and original certificate to upgrade any time after the 14-day refund window has expired or any time you are ready for something new.
All eligible upgrades must be at least $1,000 greater in value than your original diamond or jewelry purchase for merchandise purchased at $2,000 or less. For items purchased at a higher price, the minimum requirement for an upgrade is 30% more than the price originally paid.
Diamonds without a GIA or EGL original certificate are not available for an upgrade.
Disclaimer: In some instances, a diamond and/or jewelry may incur damage through daily wear. If you would like to upgrade a diamond in this condition, there will be a fee for polishing and reshaping.
